FRIENDS OF THE FAIRGROUNDS
We are a 501(c) organization committed to offering sustained assistance for the operation and enhancement of the Josephine County Fair and the Josephine County Fairgrounds.

Since our inception in 2008, we've been privileged to contribute to numerous projects and enhancements for the Fairgrounds. In addition to periodic fundraisers, including our Bingo events, we actively accept donations and provide tax-deductible receipts.

As we grow, our aim is to foster a strong sense of community around the fairgrounds, including establishing a network of Friends for future volunteer initiatives.

Support for the Fairgrounds is facilitated through the Friends of Josephine County Fairgrounds, a recognized tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 26-3027262). Rest assured, any contribution you make directly benefits the foundation and does not become part of the County's budget. Your donations are diligently allocated towards enhancing the Fairgrounds, financing vital improvement projects, and acquiring essential equipment and assets for the grounds.

AGREEMENT
I agree to serve as a Volunteer for the Josephine County Fairgrounds. I understand that my participation is at the discretion of the County, and that I will not be paid for any services or work that I perform. I agree to follow the directions of the Josephine County Volunteer Coordinator. I understand that I am responsible for my own safety, that I am advised to have a current tetanus booster, and that I am in proper condition to perform Volunteer services. I give permission to Josephine County for the right to use any videos and photographs taken during my Volunteer hours for County purposes. I hereby agree to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Josephine County, its officers, agents, and employees, from any and all liability and claims arising out of or relating to my participation in this Volunteer effort, including bodily injury, property damage, and/or personal injury. This indemnification shall extend to my estate, heirs and assigns.
