The Livestock Auction Committee, in coordination with the Josephine County Fair Board, retains the final and absolute authority to interpret all terms, conditions, rules, and regulations contained in any part of the Livestock Manual. This authority includes resolving any matters, questions, or disputes arising from, related to, or connected with the Livestock Auction. The Committee also reserves the authority to address and decide any issues not specifically covered in the Manual.
