The Floral Building ~~ Our most popular rental and has a capacity of 425 people. It measures 60' X 120' and is 7200 sq.ft. building that can be divided in half.

It has two kitchens, free WiFi, restrooms, and an outside patio that can be rented separately.

You can rent half with one kitchen or the entire building with both kitchens.

Rentals include:
The FULL building s up to 40 Tables and 320 Chairs.
HALF building up to 20 Tables and 160 Chairs.
The tables are your choice of 8' (96") rectangles or 5' (60") rounds, or you can have a combination of both styles. Additions table and chairs may be available to rent.

We also have some other equipment that may be rented for your event needs.

The Floral Building is currently home to RASCAL's a senior computer training class every Tuesday morning.
