BUILDING RENTALS

HOW TO RENT FACILITIES

  1. Check with office for Date and Building Availability (Allow plenty of time because date and building choice fill up quickly)
  2. Fill out Contract and pay 25% Non-Refundable deposit to hold your Date. (This deposit is applied to your rental fee) Contracts can be emailed (fill out only the highlighted areas) or filled out at the office. As of now we do not have them available online but we may in the future.Cancelation and/or Change of Event: The 25% amount is non-refundable should you cancel, move the date, or building change.
  3. Get Event Insurance (the information is in your contract), pay a $200 Refundable Cleaning Deposit and pay Balance 30-days before your Event. Check with your insurance agent, we also have a list of local and online insurance companies that can help you. Check around for prices.
  4. Events held during the week keys need to be picked up before 5:00 pm. Events held on the weekend, Pick up a key the Friday before 5:00pm.See our brochure for pricing and please call the office for any questions.

Floral Building

The Floral Building is our most popular rental and has a capacity of 425, 60' X 120' 7200 sq.ft. building that can be divided in half. It has two kitchens, free WiFi, restrooms, and an outside patio that can be rented separately.

You can rent half with one kitchen or the entire building with both kitchens. The full building rental includes up to 40 Tables and 320 Chairs, half include 20 Tables and 160 Chairs. The tables are your choice of 8' (96") rectangles or 5' (60") rounds, or you can have a combination of both styles. Additions table and chairs may be available to rent. We also have some other equipment that may be rented for your event needs.

The Floral Building is currently home to RASCAL's a senior computer training class every Tuesday morning.

Arts & Crafts Building

The Arts & Crafts Building has a capacity of 250, 60' X80", 4960 sq. ft. It can also be divided in half, however, the back section is smaller due to a storage unit built in. It has two kitchens, Handicap accessible restrooms.

You can rent half with one kitchen or the entire building with both kitchens. The full building rental includes up to 20 Tables and 160 Chairs, half include 10 Tables and 80 Chairs. The tables are your choice of 8' (96") rectangles or 5' (60") rounds, or you can have both styles. Additions table and chairs may be rented. We also have some other equipment that may be rented for your event needs.

The Arts & Crafts Building is currently home to BINGO, sponsored by Friends of the Fairgrounds twice a week on Sunday and Wednesday.

The Paviion

The Pavilion is our largest building with a capacity of 1000. The main room is 105' X 140', 14,700 sq. ft. We also have side rooms you can add to your rental. The East Conference Room is 19' X 48', South Conference Room #1 is 19' X 27', South Room #1 is 19' X 29'. This building also has a Commercial Kitchen available to rent.

The Main room rental has a small kitchen, Free WiFi, handicap accessible restrooms. The building rental includes up to 40 Tables and 320 Chairs. The tables are your choice of 8' (96") rectangles or 5' (60") rounds, or you can have both styles. Additions table and chairs may be rented. We also have some other equipment that may be rented for your event needs.

The Host House

The Host House is a historical home that was donated to the fairgrounds several years ago. It is great for smaller meetings, baby or bridal showers with a capacity of 50. It has a large kitchen and dining area and adjoining rooms with a large bay window, Handicap ramp and accessible restroom. The Commercial Building

The Commercial Building is shaped like a giant + sign with 12 x 12 open cubby rooms around the interiors walls and space for vendors in the middle as well. It has 875 capacity and is 15,000 sq.ft. Many of our Fair vendors are in this building during our Fair and Southern Oregon Flea Market and Auctions are held here. It has both heat and cooler fans. The restrooms are just outside in the Carney Bathrooms.
The Commercial Building is currently home of the Winter Growers Market.
